We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are typically processed and packed within:

  • 1–3 business days for most items

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

Some items may ship faster depending on warehouse availability.

🚛 Shipping Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive in:

  • 3–7 business days via standard shipping

  • 2–5 business days for upgraded shipping (if offered)

Shipping times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or peak seasonal periods.

💲 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — when available, they will appear automatically at checkout.

📦 Split Shipments

Depending on product availability, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
This does not affect your shipping cost — you will only pay once.

📝 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • A link to track delivery status in real time

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

❗ Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

If the shipping address provided is:

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

  • Undeliverable by the carrier

Your order may be returned to us.
We can either:

  • Reship the package (additional shipping fees apply), or

  • Refund your order minus the original shipping cost

Please double-check your address at checkout.

❓ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Living Solved is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@livingsolved.com, and we will assist with:

  • Carrier investigation

  • Replacement or refund options (case by case)
